This is a very quick post.
We had friends over for dinner last night. It was my day off; I had time to cook and prep stuff. I made raspberry pie–one is going to church tomorrow.
I also made ice cream, because the tartness of the pie requires some kind of creaminess. If the ice cream would have failed, there’s enough heavy cream to whip–but y’all. The ice cream did not fail. The ice cream succeeded beyond my wildest expectations.
